Originally asking $24,995,000 when it went on the market two years ago, one $5 million price cut was made in September of 2018. In total, $7,595,000 has come off this luxury Hamptons listing.
Even after the $5 million price cut, the 10-acre property is still the most expensive single-family home available on Parsonage Lane, followed by the contemporary estate at the 289 address seeking $17.95 million.
The home has been on the market since March of 2015, at which time it was asking $25,995,000.
Many of the homes on Parsonage Lane are upwards of $15 million—in fact, this is the only home for sale on Parsonage Lane that’s asking under $10 million, empty lots excluded.
In May of 2016, the home saw its first price cut, coming down to $5.25 million, and then just two months later, the home got one more cut to $4,875,000.
In its first week on the market, this estate’s asking price went down by $1M. It was featured on Curbed just last week.
The three-story home is almost 12,000-square-feet, and it has pretty much everything you could ask for in a luxury Hamptons estate.
