The East End's only real late night dining option (7-11 and Hess don't count) is business as usual on Christmas Eve. They'll be opening at 11:30 serving until midnight.
The regular menu will be available plus holiday specials.
The Bridgehampton eatery will be holding its 14th annual Christmas Eve dinner of roast suckling pig (with cabbage, caramelized apples and spaetzle) from 5pm to 9:30pm. If the $31 prix fixe doesn't do it for you, the rest of the menu will be available as well.
Hungry for pasta or pizza? Doppio East will be open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Prix fixe is $85 for adults, 5PM to 10PM. Choose from dishes including Long Island Duckling Montmorency and Chef Jonathan's English Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding.

A five-course holiday tasting menu is $100 on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 5:30 to 10PM. Courses include mussels with forest mushrooms, leeks, shallots and garlic, white wine and cream and pancetta; crispy duck breast with glazed oranges and cauliflower purée; and crème brûlée. The a la carte menu will also be available.
Race Lane will be open serving their delightful burgers, steaks, and lobster mac and cheese.
Will be open with yummy Italian.
Will be open for lunch. The menu includes crab bisque, smoked salmon and chive omelette, lobster BLT, and flourless chocolate cake.
Holiday specials include baccalà with crocchette and squid ink aioli; fritto misto with calamari, shrimp and sardines with truffle aioli; zuppa di pesce with lobster, monk clams and mussels with saffron, spinach and deci beans; and chocolate hazelnut bûche de noël.
The management is giving the staff the night off (an admirable move on their part), but lunch will still be served at Indian Wells between 11am and 3PM.
