It's been a hell of a year for Hamptons real estate, with some amazing prices being achieved (a record $147M for 60 Further Lane, East Hampton) and some market laggards finally finding buyers. This list is compiled mainly from Zillow's completed sales list and will probably change; a lot of big expensive estates are currently in contract but have not closed. Maybe they will, maybe they won't before the new year. As always, we'll update the list early next year.
