Summer 2014 New Restaurant Roundup

View as Map

It's almost Memorial Day, so it's time to try the summer's newest crop of eateries. Last year was all about the steaks and Mexican food; this year, it's all about the seafood, with the welcome addition of a tasty-sounding new Chinese place, Red Stixs. Note that this list includes only restaurants opened recently, and does not include new juice bars, of which there are several (look for an upcoming post), the new Buddha Berry in Sag Harbor, and established restaurants with new chefs and menus, including Sienna, Georgica, and Gurney's Sea Grill. We'll feature sample menus from those places this week as well. Now, is everyone hungry?
