It's almost Memorial Day, and we all know what that means: time to try the summer's newest crop of eateries. This year, steaks and Mexican food are vying for your attention, while of course there are several new restaurants featuring classic American cuisine. Which will manage to make it to summer 2014? Only time will tell.

Station
Looks to be a beautiful new restaurant in East Quogue. No sample menus as yet.
Delmonico's
Delmonico's is opening this spring in the space formerly occupied by Savanna's. Delmonico's of Southampton will be open year round, and will offer traditional favorites as well as lighter Hamptons fare.
BLT Steak at the Capri
BLT Steak is opening a popup restaurant at the Capri in the space vacated by Nobu. You'll be able to order BLT Steak's signature dishes, and there will be poolside service during the day and a small-plate menu at the bar and lounge in the evenings.
Hampton Coffee Company
HCC expanded into Southampton and will soon be offering beer and wine.
Fresh
Todd Jacobs, most recently chef at the Allegria Hotel and chef at the former Atlantica in Westhampton Beach, opened Fresh in the former Southfork Kitchen, serving New American dishes made from local and natural ingredients in a "deconstructed" menu where everything is a la carte.
Madison & Main Restaurant
Madison & Main, located in the former New Paradise Café space, aims to be a family friendly restaurant featuring locally sourced seafood as well as steaks.
The Cuddy
The Cuddy, a gastropub in the former Phao space, features American comfort food. It will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and will be open year round.
Juice Lane
The first cold-pressed juice location to launch in the Hamptons, Juice Lane offers flavors made from fresh local produce.
Sienna Restaurant & Ultralounge
Sienna Restaurant & Ultralounge is the East Hampton outpost of the city’s T-Bar Steak & Lounge in the former Beaumarchais space. Dinner is served five nights a week (Weds-Sunday), with weekend brunches.
La Brisa
The owners of Tacombi in Nolita are opening La Brisa in Montauk. A tortilla machine will produce fresh corn tortillas to make tacos and Tacombi favorites like corn esquites will also be served.
Sweet ‘Tauk Gourmet
Sweet 'tauk and Red Hook Lobster Pound are teaming up to offer lobster rolls, chowder, and lemonades with flavors such as peach Thai basil.
360 East at Montauk Downs
Mostly a catering hall, 360 East also serves Sunday brunch and "Margarita Madness" on Thursdays from 5PM on.
Gringos Burrito Grill
Serving burritos, soft and hard tacos, salad bowls.
