New Hamptons Restaurants for 2016

Seafood, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Mediterranean, and good old American

View as Map

Yes, it’s finally time to try the summer's newest crop of eateries. Well, most of them: some, like the Tauk at Trail’s End, aren’t open yet. Some of these are established restaurants under new management/new chef, and some are under the same management/ownership and have moved. (Some prominent spots, like the former Harlow/B. Smith's, are still empty. Same goes for the "cursed" Napeague spot that was most recently @Bernie's.) And some new eateries--like the Montauk outpost of Tutto il Giorno--are still just rumors.

More varied options this year than in previous years: there’s seafood, of course, Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, and good old American.
