The Hidden Cellar Society, a wine club for 21 to 35-year-olds, will have its first annual New Year's Eve party, which begins at 9:30. The party includes champagne toast and vine lighting at midnight, passed desserts, open wine bar, DJ, and live broadcast of Times Square. $75 for Hidden Cellar members, $85 for friends and guests.
