Happy New Year! Ring in 2014 at These Hamptons Eateries
Southampton Inn will ring in the New Year with an evening of dinner, dancing, and drinks. A special package includes an overnight stay in a beautifully appointed guest room, New Year’s Eve festivities and an open bar for two for $399.00. Singles can enjoy the package for $299.
A five-course prix fixe dinner for $55 a person will include entertainment by Jim Turner and his band and three DJs.
A New Year’s Eve party with a $69.95 prix fixe dinner includes a champagne toast. The entree selection includes sea bass, African tiger shrimp, wild caught salmon, and moussaka. All-night open bar is $49 and the fine wine selection package is $99 per person (minimum two people).

A New Year’s Eve party is $100 per person, including open top shelf premium bar, a buffet of lobster, rack of lamb, jumbo shrimp, sea bass, grilled rib eye, ceviche, sushi, and raw bar.
Southampton Social Club
Several packages are available for New Year's Eve. Everyone will enjoy hors d'oeuvres, champagne toast at midnight, party favors, live coverage from Times Square, and DJ Steven Paul spinning all night long. The Silver Package, $95, includes four-hour top shelf open bar from 9 PM to 1AM. The Gold Package, $140, includes a four-course dinner with wine and cocktails included throughout dinner. Seatings begin at 7 PM. The Platinum Package, for you high-rollers, costs $200, also includes a table to party at all night long including bottle service, one bottle of premium liquor and champagne.
A special four-course $85 prix fixe menu on New Year’s Eve starts at 9PM, with a champagne toast and party favors. Foie gras en bocal, North Fork mushroom soup, roast veal tenderloin, and Loch Duarte salmon are on the menu.
Wölffer Estate Vineyards
The Hidden Cellar Society, a wine club for 21 to 35-year-olds, will have its first annual New Year's Eve party, which begins at 9:30. The party includes champagne toast and vine lighting at midnight, passed desserts, open wine bar, DJ, and live broadcast of Times Square. $75 for Hidden Cellar members, $85 for friends and guests.
Two seatings on New Year's Eve — 5 to 6:30 p.m. at $55 per person for a three-course prix fixe, or 8:30 p.m. to midnight at $85 per person, which includes a four-course prix fixe, DJ and a midnight champagne toast.
The Living Room at The Maidstone
Two seatings will be from 5:30 PM to 7 PM and from 9 PM to 10:30 PM. A six-course tasting menu will be available for $125 per person, as well as the a la carte menu. The tasting includes lobster, foie gras terrine, duck breast, truffles, and more. Reservations necessary for the tasting menu.
A three-course prix fixe is $125. The first course is a choice of salad; second is the "Palm Classic" surf & turf or 1/2 filet mignon with your choice of individual side. Desserts are amaretto crème brulee or cheesecake.
Will be open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day offering some a la carte specials for both lunch and dinner. The New Year’s Eve lunch choices include poached seafood salad and a smoked salmon omelette, while the New Year’s Eve dinner includes truffle potato soup and whole suckling pig. Dinner will be served from 6 to 10PM. The menu includes beef tartare on gaufrette, shaved house-made foie gras torchon, and fennel dusted veal loin.
Their New Year's party starts at 8:30 PM. The $75 admission includes a four-hour open bar, appetizers and buffet, New Year's party favors, and music by DJ Jim.
Indian Wells Tavern
New Year’s Eve dinner starts at 5 PM. Two courses are available for $25 or three courses for $28, which includes any dessert off the menu. Offerings include skillet baked clams and osso bucco.
The Sea Grille at Gurney's
Gurney’s celebrates its 51st annual New Year's Eve party. Theme is the Great Gatsby, with a Charleston dance contest. At 7PM the party starts with food and a top-shelf open bar all night. The Killer Joe Orchestra and a DJ will perform. Tickets are $145. Overnight stay packages start at $540 per couple.
O'Murphy's Pub & Restaurant
Dinner will be served from 5 to 11PM, with entrees like surf and turf, prime rib, strip sirloin steak, veal chops, roast duck, Gaelic chicken and more. Reservations suggested.
