If you’re going to spend the summer in the Hamptons and you can afford a water view, it’s worth it. Water views immediately increase the value of any home on the East End, but sometimes the homes can get pretty steep with asking prices. So, we’ve put together some summer rentals with water views that are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day for $100,000 or less.
