Shelter Island 1
This classic 1956 house is set on 0.9 of an acre with a pool. It's been thoughtfully updated, and is in contract at $745K.
Shelter Island 2
This super cool home is shaped like a nautilus shell. It's small but nicely updated and there's 2.3 acres of land. However, the price, $1.925M, is a reach.
Wainscott
This rather amazing house was designed by Alfredo Devito and then reworked by Maziar Behrooz. A massive 13,000 square feet, the house is on 2.7 acres and is asking $13.9M.
Amagansett
