We love the midcentury style gas fireplace, the hardwood floors, and the open floorplan, but it could use a face life to bring it up to date a bit.
The 3-acre property was originally listed for $25 million when it came on the market in August of 2017, but eventually received several price cuts and was most recently listed for $17.5 million.
It was last purchased in 2014 for $10.55 million by talent agent Bryan Bantry and his former business partner, Bob Felner.
