The Bridgehampton home that once belonged to late Hamptons architect Norman Jaffe is currently available to rent for the summer season from Memorial Day to Labor Day for $300,000.

If the whole summer is too long of a rental period, you could live in the waterfront residence during the month of June for $60,000, in July for $135,000, or from August to Labor Day for $175,000. For those out in the Hamptons longer, the year-long rental is $400,000, which works out to about $33,333 per month.

Inside 4,000 square feet of living space, tenants will have five bedrooms and four bathrooms, water views from every room, and two living rooms each with a fireplace. The 1.1-acre property offers a heated gunite pool and a private dock on Sam’s Creek.

Residents will be a short distance from ocean beaches at this south-of-the-highway home.
