This 1984 Quogue fixer-upper sold within just a week of listing. According to a Douglas Elliman representative, the 2,300-square-foot residence went on the market on February 20 and received an offer just days later at the open house. A contract was signed on Wednesday, February 27.

Features of the four-bedroom, three-bath house include an eat-in kitchen, sliding glass doors off the living room, an open floorplan, and wood floors. There’s also a very ’80s mirrored wood-burning fireplace in the living room and skylights throughout. Located on an acre of land, a heated gunite pool and a cabana can be found outside.

The house was last listed for $1.05 million, but was previously on the market for $1,199,000 in November. After a price cut and a few updates (which include updates to the bathrooms, according to the listing), the recently re-listed house quickly found a buyer.

Douglas Elliman agent Lauren Spiegel represents the property.
