A massive 10,000-square-foot gated estate in North Haven has just returned to the market for the first time since November of 2016, at which time it was listed for $8.85 million. This time around, the new-build has a $6.75 million asking price.

But $8.85 million is not the highest price tag that this property has had. When it first came on the market in July of 2016, it was asking $9.5 million.

Designed by architect David Sherwood, the house includes eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and three half-baths. A fireplace, French doors, a glass sunroom, and a chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry can all be found on the first floor of the house. On the second floor there’s a master suite with a private balcony, while the finished lower level offers a theater and a wine cellar.

Outside, homeowners will enjoy a pool, a hot tub, a pergola, and a two-car garage with lift capability. Residents will also have deeded access to a nearby bay beach and mooring rights.

Located at 49 Robertson Drive, the 2-acre property is about 2.5 miles from Sag Harbor village shops and restaurants. Sotheby’s International Realty agents Frank and Dawn Bodenchak represent the listing.
