What/Where: A bayview house in Amagansett, sited north of the highway.
Size: 4,400 square feet, 1.2 acres.

This week’s PriceSpotter is an Amagansett home, originally built in 1989. Possibly the most desirable feature of this house is the water views over Napeague Bay from the covered porch outside.

Standing 4,400 square feet in size, the house has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Features include 30-foot ceilings, walls of glass, a screened-in porch, an open floorplan, and a large eat-in kitchen. Some parts of the home look like they’ve been recently renovated (such as the master bathroom), but other areas still need some work (like the kitchen).

A heated gunite pool and outdoor kitchen complete the 1.2-acre property.

In 2010, the house was purchased for $1,995,000, so we’re going to start the poll at $2.5 million. What do you think the property is listed for?
