What/Where: A shingled new-build in Bridgehampton, less than a mile from village shops and restaurants.
Size: 5,200 square feet, 0.7 acres.

This week, we’re having readers guess the asking price of this brand new shingled traditional in north-of-the-highway Bridgehampton, located in a cul-de-sac. Built by MKL Builders, the 5,200-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a finished lower level, a double-height foyer, and vaulted ceilings in the living room.

Features include professional appliances and marble countertops in the kitchen, two walk-in closets in the first-floor master suite, and French doors throughout the home that lead outside.

Outside, one will find a heated gunite pool and a detached two-car garage on 0.7 acres of land. Residents will be less than a mile from village shops and restaurants and about three and a half miles north of the ocean at the end of Ocean Road.

The property sold for $1,455,000 in May of 2017. Now that the home is completed, we’re going to start the guessing at $2.5 million.
