The Southampton home of CNN anchor Chris Cuomo and Cristina Cuomo, the founder and editor-in-chief of the wellness magazine Purist, has just come on the market for $2.9 million, reports the New York Post.
Built in 2008, the 3,000-square-foot home includes five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, wide plank floors, a fireplace in the living room, and an eat-in kitchen. A master suite with a marble bathroom and two guest bedrooms can be found upstairs, while the finished lower level hosts a laundry room.
Outside, the 0.61-acre property has a heated gunite pool, a two-car garage, a covered deck, an outdoor shower, and privacy hedging.
Residents will be south of the highway and just north of Hill Street, about 2 miles from the ocean at Halsey Neck Beach and about 1 mile west of Southampton village shops and restaurants.
According to PropertyShark records and the Zillow price history, the couple purchased the property in 2005 for $1.3 million. Harald Grant from Sotheby’s International Realty represents the listing.
