Local artist Erica Lynn Huberty—who’s also an author of Gothic fiction, according to her Instagram bio—has just listed her North Haven retreat with an asking price of $1,875,000.

The house was originally built in 1950 as a one-bedroom structure, but eventually things got added on as time went by. In 2016, Huberty totally renovated the space to what it is now.

Inside 3,500 square feet, the house offers six bedrooms and four full bathrooms, as well as wood floors, multiple fireplaces, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and a master suite with a walk-in closet and clawfoot bathtub in the ensuite. The house is equipped with hurricane-grade windows. Additional spaces include a mudroom, a bonus room, and a finished basement.

Sited on 0.57 acres of land, 11 Thistle Patch Lane also includes a heated pool, stone patios, an outdoor shower, a greenhouse, and a tree house. Homeowners will be about 2 miles north of Sag Harbor village shops and restaurants.

PropertyShark records show that Huberty and her husband purchased the property in 2000 for $310,000. Rima Mardoyan Smyth and Ryan Struble represent the current listing.
