The Grassmere Inn in Westhampton Beach has recently come on the market for $2.55 million.
Originally built in 1885, the bed and breakfast offers 6,500 square feet with 14 guest rooms, a living room, a formal dining room, a kitchen, and an owner’s apartment with a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The 1.03-acre property also includes a 2,100-square-foot “sports loft” which offers three bedrooms, two living rooms, and six bathrooms.
The building looks like it’s in good shape, but it could use some updates and renovations to bring it up to date.
Located at 7 Beach Lane right in Westhampton Beach, the property is just 1 mile from the ocean at Rogers Beach, which would be just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride according to Google Maps.
Douglas Elliman agent Adriana Jurcev represents the listing.
