What/Where: A renovated three-level home in East Hampton’s Northwest Woods.
Size: 3,500 square feet, 0.94 acres.

For this week’s PriceSpotter, we want readers to try and guess the asking price of this stylishly renovated three-level home in the Northwest Woods neighborhood of East Hampton.

Features of the 3,500-square-foot structure include hardwood floors, beamed cathedral ceilings in the open floorplan living room and kitchen, and French doors that lead outside, where one will find a heated pool and spa. There are four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms throughout the space.

Originally built in 1974, the attractive interiors look like they belong in the 21st century. The house was last purchased in 2014 for $960,000—so we’re starting the poll at $1 million since it’s been renovated.
