A 3.3-acre property at 836 Sagg Main Street in Sagaponack has officially sold for $9.95 million, according to data provided by Out East.

The property has been on and off the market for the past few years: In March of 2017, it was asking $16 million, but after several price cuts, it was most recently available for the final closing price of $9.95 million.

An Instagram post by Bespoke announced that a contract was signed by mid-December, just a month after 836 Sagg Main relisted with the agency.

The listing claims the house spans 9,633 square feet, but a previous Corcoran listing had the size at 6,870 square feet. We’re thinking that the newer Bespoke listing includes the finished lower level. Inside, there are eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, vaulted mahogany ceilings in the living room, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead outside, and a master wing with a private massage room.

On the finished lower level, one will find a walk-in wine cellar, a media room with a wet bar, a home gym, and a music studio. Exterior features include a waterlily pond, a heated gunite pool, and an all-weather tennis court.
