After coming on the market in May for $2.4 million, the renovated East Hampton village house at 60 Sherrill Road has just sold for $2.15 million under Saunders Real Estate agents Chris Coleman and Jennifer Wilson.

According to the Zillow price history, the house was previously on the market back in February of 2016 for a higher $2.9 million before selling in June of 2017 for $2.35 million. PropertyShark records also indicate that it last sold for $2.35 million. This means that the seller sold the house at a loss.

Originally built in 1972, the renovated village house includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms on 0.3 acres of land. Features include a wide open floorplan, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, high ceilings, a fireplace, and hardwood floors. Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, a bluestone patio, gardens, an outdoor shower, and a detached garage.

The listing claims that the house was “being sold with most of the furnishings.”

The 2,700-square-foot house is less than a mile from village shops and restaurants, and 2 miles from the ocean at Egypt Beach.
