We love the interiors of this modern house

Originally built in 1982, this oceanfront beach house in Westhampton looks like it’s been renovated and brought up-to-date, and we’re loving what the house has to offer. It has just come on the market for the first time in almost 20 years with a $3.18 million asking price.

That price (which we’re thinking could probably be negotiated down to just under $3 million) will get buyers a 2,068-square-foot modern house, three-quarters of an acre of land on Dune Road, and 90 feet of private ocean beach.

Features include four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a wide open floorplan, hardwood floors throughout, a fireplace, sliding glass doors that lead to an oceanview deck, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The cedar shingle-sided house is arranged with an upside-down floorplan so the living and dining spaces are located on the main floor while the guest bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Outside, there’s a heated pool, a rooftop terrace, and a sauna.

PropertyShark records indicate that the property was last purchased in 2000 for $825,000. Robert Lohman from Corcoran Group Real Estate represents the listing.
