This week’s PriceSpotter had our readers totally split—all four categories had nearly an even amount of votes. The property in question is a 1.64-acre bulkheaded waterfront parcel with a 3,200-square-foot home in Westhampton.

After coming on the market earlier this week, the property is listed for $3,995,000. We started the poll at $4.65 million because that’s what it sold for back in 2007.

This is not, however, the first time that the house has been available for sale in recent years. In 2015 it came on the market for $4.8 million, and in 2016 it relisted for a higher $4,999,000. That price then slowly came down before landing at $3,995,000 with Corcoran Group agent Regina Cigna.

Inside, there are four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, an open floorplan, sliding glass doors that lead outside, hardwood floors, and a double-sided fireplace. There’s also a chef’s kitchen and a finished lower level, while exterior features include 140 feet of bulkheading, a private dock, a heated gunite pool and spa, and a Har-Tru tennis court.

What do you think of the listing? Do you think the recent change in price will entice a buyer? Tell us what you think in the comments.
