The beautiful late 19th century house at 25 Quimby Lane in Bridgehampton came on the market in February with a $9.95 million asking price. After several price cuts during its year available, the house has found a buyer and is currently pending a sale. It was most recently listed for $7.8 million.

According to the price history on PropertyShark, it was once listed for as high as $12.5 million before relisting last year.

Sited on a comfortable 2.33 acres of land, the shingled house spans 4,700 square feet in size with seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Features include hardwood floors, three legal levels (one of which was grandfathered in), multiple fireplaces, an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast area, a screened-in porch, and a master suite with two closets and a marble bathroom.

Period details such as hatched windows and hardwood flooring has been maintained.

Outside, there’s a covered porch, a Har-Tru tennis court, a gunite pool, and two accessory buildings.

Saunders agent Drew Green and Corcoran agent Mala Sander represent the listing co-exclusively.

When we featured the house back in February and again after a price cut, our readers loved the estate but feared that it might be torn down to make room for a larger McMansion. What do our readers think that it will finally sell for? Leave your thoughts in the comments.
