A boxy modern just 1 mile north of East Hampton village has found a buyer and is currently pending a sale. Most recently asking $2.9 million, the property went on the market in June of 2017 for $4.45 million and steadily dropped its price in the year and a half since.

The current owners paid $3.25 million for the house back in 2007, according to PropertyShark records.

Standing 5,000 square feet, interiors include five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, four fireplaces, an open floorplan, high ceilings, and glass walls that open to the exterior living space, where one will find a heated gunite pool and patio space for dining and lounging.

Located at 31 Palma Terrace, the 0.36-acre property is about 2 miles north of the ocean at Egypt Beach. Sotheby’s International Realty agent Beate Moore represents the listing.

What do you think of the house? Do you think that it will sell for close to the most recent $2.9 million asking price, below ask, or above? Tell us in the comments.
