What/Where: A renovated shingled creekfront house in Sag Harbor.
Size: 2,550 square feet, 0.35 acres.
Located in the Pine Neck neighborhood of Sag Harbor, this renovated waterfront house has just come on the market—and we want our readers to try and guess what the house is listed for.
The 2,440-square-foot house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on 0.35 acres of land. Inside, renovated interiors include an open floorplan, water views throughout, vaulted ceilings with skylights, a custom chef’s kitchen, and sliding glass doors that lead to an outdoor mahogany deck. Outside, there’s a dock that can accommodate a 27-foot boat.
Other features include energy-efficient solar panels and a custom walk-in closet in the master suite.
We aren’t going to reveal an address quite yet, but we will let readers know that the house is on Mill Creek—not on the bay. In 2006, the house sold for $1,425,000 and has been on and off the market since 2010. What do you think the house is listed for? Take our poll and leave your thoughts in the comments.
