The renovated Georgica section estate on 3.5 acres at 15 Ruxton Road has just found a buyer and is currently pending a sale. It was most recently on the market for $11.9 million.

In 2015, the property sold for $9.5 million before being updated and returning to the market in April of 2018 for $12.9 million. According to the Zillow price history, there was a single $1 million price cut one month after it listed.

Inside 7,700 square feet of living space, there are seven bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, a double-height entry, grey oak flooring throughout, multiple fireplaces, and a chef’s kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. The private master wing has a terrace that overlooks the property, a spa-like bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

Landscape architect Edmund Hollander designed the exterior park-like grounds, which are host to a 5,000-square-foot patio, a pool, specimen trees, an apple orchard, a Har-Tru tennis court with a viewing pavilion, and a pool house with a sauna.

Located south of the highway in Georgica Neck, residents will be less than 2 miles from the ocean at Georgica Beach.

Compass real estate agent James Petrie represents the listing.
