About a year ago in October of 2017, the cozy, renovated home at 20 Windermere Drive in Sag Harbor went up for sale with an asking price of $1,795,000. A few months later, the price went down to $1.68 million, and last month, the home found a buyer and went into contract.

The move-in ready home—which was originally built in 1977—has around 1,900 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Inside, there’s an open floorplan, quartz countertops in the professional kitchen, a fireplace in the living room, vaulted ceilings, and brand new windows, doors, wide plank hardwood floors, and LED lighting throughout. There’s also a finished lower level for extra living space.

Outside, there’s a brand new heated saltwater pool, space for outdoor dining, and a fire pit.

Corcoran Group Real Estate agents James Peyton and Adina Azarian represent the listing.

Let’s take a look at what the home looked like when it was sold in 2016 for $775,000.

And here’s what the home looks like now, after the renovations.
