Earlier this week, we had readers try to guess the asking price of a Queen Anne Victorian bed and breakfast from 1880 located right in the heart of Greenport. The commercial listing is asking $1.35 million.

According to our poll, about 40 percent of our readers thought that it was asking somewhere between $950,000 and $1.1 million, while only 25 percent of readers correctly guessed it was listed for over $1.3 million. However, this week’s poll didn’t get as many votes as our PriceSpotters usually do.

Sited at 151 Bay Avenue, the 19th century home offers 5,000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a wraparound front porch, and a three-story turret with bay windows. Inside, there are also hardwood floors, a stained glass window, and the original molding and doors.

Unfortunately there isn’t a pool on the half-acre property, but there is courtyard with a pergola and a two-story barn that can be used as an artist’s studio or office.

According to the listing, it can be used as a residential home or remain as a commercial bed and breakfast. The property last sold in 2008 for $750,000. It is currently represented by Daniel Gale, Sotheby’s agents, Joann Wind and Bridget Elkin.
