What/Where: A 19th century Queen Anne Victorian style bed and breakfast in Greenport.
Size: 3,000 square feet, 0.5 acres.

For this week’s PriceSpotter, we’re heading off the South Fork and visiting our northern neighbors by having our readers try and guess the asking price of this bed and breakfast for sale in Greenport.

The Queen Anne Victorian style bed and breakfast was built in the 1880s and currently stands 3,000 square feet in size with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the historic downtown village neighborhood of Greenport. The property is just steps away from iconic shops and restaurants such as Claudio’s and First and South.

Details include a wraparound front porch, a three-story turret with bay windows, original molding and doors, hardwood floors throughout, six French doors, and a stained glass window. Outside, there’s a courtyard with a pergola and a two-story barn or studio on the half-acre property.

The property last sold in 2008 for $750,000, so that’s where we’ll start the guessing.
