What do you think the property will sell for?

Located in the south-of-the-highway Fordune section of Southampton, a massive 16,700-square-foot estate on 6 acres of land has just become available for sale with an asking price of $37 million.

Built in 2003, the shingled mansion has eight bedrooms, soaring ceilings, walls of windows, multiple fireplaces, a sunroom, and access to covered porches. The landscape offers a gated entry to the property, specimen trees, gardens, a pond, a pool, a gazebo, and a Har-Tru tennis court.

Located at 17 Channel Pond Court, the property is close to Channel Pond and the ocean at Flying Point Beach. It is represented by Tim Davis from Corcoran Group Real Estate.

According to Property Shark records, the 6-acre plot sold back in 1997 for $660,000, and Zillow currently estimates that it’s worth a little over $11 million. But we want to hear from our readers: Do you think the property is listed too high? Do you think the $37 million asking price is reasonable? What do you think it could finally sell for?
