What was once the Zum Schneider Beer Garden at 4 South Elmwood Avenue in Montauk has been purchased for $2.75 million by former DJ and current restaurateur, Kristin Vincent.

Vincent plans on opening a site for her New York meets Parisian-themed restaurant and oyster bar, Sel Rrose, which has a location in lower Manhattan on Delancey Street. Plans to renovate and open by the spring of 2019 are currently in place.

The law firm Warshaw Burstein, LLP represented Vincent in the sale.

Located right by the ocean, the space is about 1,200 square feet in size, according to the New York Post.
