Built in 1991, this shingled cape style home offers 1,750 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms on a half-acre. Interiors feature an open floorplan, granite countertops in the kitchen, hardwood floors, and an office that could also serve as a fourth bedroom. The partially finished basement allows for some more living space downstairs. Exteriors include a large entertaining deck, a freeform saltwater gunite pool, and spa.

This house is a smaller 1,100 square feet on 0.4 acres, but it’s a good option for those looking to save a bit of money and don’t need a whole lot of space. Inside, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an office, sunroom, and a full basement. Outside, there’s a 1-car garage and room for a pool, plus deeded access to a bay beach.

Interiors include white pine plank flooring, stainless steel cable railings, high ceilings, skylights, an open floorplan, a natural stone gas fireplace, and doors that lead out to the wraparound porch outside.
