Here’s what $1M buys in the Hamptons right now

The four-bedroom, three-bath home is sited on 0.35 acres of land and offers water views, access to a private bay beach, an open floorplan, an ensuite master, and a finished lower level.

7 Bay Avenue, Sag Harbor: $799,000

Even though this is the least expensive house for this week’s Curbed Comparisons, it should be noted that it’s just 1,000 square feet in size and it’s not on the water. Located in the Pine Neck neighborhood of Noyack, the totally renovated home hosts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, has hardwood floors throughout, and features stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
