While there are plenty real estate listings in the Hamptons that have brief videos to help buyers see the property, they’re usually aerial and landscape shots with a brief house tour, accompanied by some gentle music. In this case, Douglas Elliman real estate agent Telly Karoussos had a different idea.
Karoussos—who is also part of a band named Hopefully Forgiven—sang and played guitar at a newly built house he’s representing at 11 Indian Hill Road in East Hampton, just north of the village.
Check it out below:
This is definitely a unique and charming addition to a listing.
The newly built 3,000-square-foot home at 11 Indian Hill Road has five bedrooms and four bathrooms on 0.13 acres of land. Inside, there are hardwood floors throughout, smart home technology, high ceilings, and an open floorplan, while the exterior offers a pool and pool house.
In November of 2016, the property sold for $525,000 and went up for sale in December of 2017 for $1,895,000. Earlier this summer, that price increased to the current $1,995,000.
The property is about a half-mile from village shops and restaurants, and just under 2 miles north of the ocean at Egypt Beach.
