The 8,000-square-foot home at 320 Pheasant Lane in Southampton’s estate section has found a buyer and gone into contract. The most recent asking price was $11.75 million.

Originally the 2-acre estate came on the market in February of 2017 for $16.5 million before dropping that price down to $14.5 million four months later. After another couple changes in the asking price, it was finally listed for $11.75 million, which must have been the price that charmed the buyer enough to commit to the shingled home.

Inside, there are eight bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, hardwood floors throughout, and an entry foyer. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, while the den hosts a wet bar and a breakfast room with access to one of many outdoor terraces.

On the second floor, there are two separate sleeping wings: the first hosts four bedrooms total, including the master suite, which has double-height ceilings, a loft, and a private balcony. The two-bedroom guest wing accessed by its own staircase has two guest bedrooms. Downstairs, one ensuite bedroom can be found on the finished lower level, while another one is right off the great room on the first floor.

Exterior features include a heated gunite pool, a grass tennis court, and deeded ocean access.
