We’re in love with the nature-view gazebo

Being surrounded by nature, peace, and quiet is one of the things that people retreat to the Hamptons for. So when we saw this North Sea home absolutely enveloped by nature—and with water frontage on Sebonac Creek—we fell in love with the 0.94-acre property.

Originally, it was listed for $1,199,000 when it came on the market in December, but 10 months and a price cut later the home has sold for $925,000.

Admittedly, the 1,700-square-foot home needs some work inside, but one of our commenters pointed out that “the open floor plan, the windows/natural light and brick fireplace all make for a great starting point.” And we’d agree. The Adirondack-style post-and-beam home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, hardwood floors, and wood-beamed ceilings.

But the special quality that this property has is its exterior living space. Aside from the deck right off the house which is perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining, a private walkway leads out to a beautiful nature-view gazebo.

What do you think of the property? Tell us in the comments.
