What/Where: A completely rebuilt cottage in Sag Harbor, just outside the village
Size: 2,000 square feet, 0.18 acres
A bright Sag Harbor cottage with very white interiors has just come on the market right outside the village. According to the listing, the existing house was almost completely rebuilt from the ground up, leaving a like-new construction.
Inside the 2,000-square-foot house, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. White walls, built-ins, and doors can be found throughout the home, as well as light hardwood floors and an easy flow between the living and dining rooms. The eat-in kitchen offers a large footprint, stainless steel appliances, and lots of countertop space.
The master suite is also sited on the first floor with direct access outside to the gardens, a one-touch fireplace, and radiant heat.
Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool and a shingled pool house with a full bathroom. But unfortunately there seem to be no available photos of the front of the main house—just the exterior backyard living space and the pool house.
In March of 2017, the property sold for $1.05 million, but since it’s been renovated we’re going to start the guessing at $2 million.
