After years spending time on and off the market, the magnificent 12,000-square-foot estate at 285 Oneck Lane in Westhampton Beach has finally found a buyer under its most recent $8.9 million asking price.

In 1999, the property sold for $2 million, and then in 2013 it was listed for $17.5 million. After a few years and several price cuts, the asking price made its way down to $8.9 million earlier this year and is currently pending a sale.

The property spans 4.52 acres with 348 linear feet of bulkheaded water frontage directly on Moriches Bay. Exterior features also include a 350-foot driveway, a deep-water dock, two guest houses, a tennis court and pavilion, a brand new heated gunite pool, a hot tub, and a cabana.

Meanwhile, the Mediterranean-style main house—originally built in 1908—offers five ensuite bedrooms, two additional bedrooms, a grand foyer with imported marble, and five wood-burning fireplaces.

Daniel Sullivan from Brown Harris Stevens represents the property.
