Former White House Director of Communications, Anthony Scaramucci, has listed his Southampton home at 31 South Street for $3,995,000, according to the New York Post.
Scaramucci and his wife, Deidre Ball, purchased an eight-bedroom, seven-bath home at 30 Lawrence Court in Water Mill at the end of 2017, and then put the mansion back on the market earlier this year shortly after spending over $8 million on the property. It looks like the 30 Lawrence Court listing has since been removed.
The North Sea beach house on South Street is 4,000 square feet in size with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms on 0.32 acres of land. Inside, the recently renovated home has contemporary finishes and amenities, coffered ceilings and a fireplace in the living room, a chef’s kitchen, a screened-in porch, and views over Scallop Pond Preserve.
A finished lower level hosts a home theater, gym, and steam shower.
The exterior features a heated gunite pool, outdoor dining space, a built-in barbecue, and a basketball court.
According to the Zillow price history, the couple purchased this Southampton home in 2014 for $1.95 million.
