The stunning newly built home at 20 Hook Pond Lane in East Hampton has reduced its asking price after coming on the market in May for $17.5 million. Four months later, the price of this beauty is $14,995,000.

Built by Abstract Builders, the home spans 6,500 square feet, but including the finished lower level there’s actually around 10,000 square feet of living space. Inside, there are seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms—but the master suite alone hosts two of the bathrooms, as well as a closet with high-gloss enamel cabinetry, an Arabescato marble fireplace, and a private waterview deck overlooking Hook Pond.

Interior features include second-floor pond views, white oak floors, a double-height entry, an open floorplan, a Zimbabwe granite center island in the kitchen, and a smoke-mirrored wet bar in the dining room. A recreation room, glass-encased gym, full steam room, and an infrared sauna can all be found on the finished lower level.

Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, spa, pool house, outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, and covered porches with retractable screens.

The entire spread is 1.6 acres in south-of-the-highway East Hampton, about a half-mile from village shops and restaurants on Main Street. Corcoran Group’s Charlie Esposito and Debbie Brenneman represent the listing.
