Ballerina’s Hampton Bays charmer lists for $549K

Valentina Kozlova’s East End ranch has just come on the market

Russian American ballet dancer, Valentina Kozlova, has just listed her Hampton Bays ranch at 8 Holiday Court for $549,000.

Kozlova has danced for the Bolshoi Ballet in Moscow and was eventually invited to become the principal dancer at the New York City Ballet by George Balanchine. More recently, she founded the Valentina Kozlova Dance Conservatory of New York and just last month was honored by the Carnegie Foundation during the Distinguished Immigrants Tribute.

Originally built in 1954, the compact 1,200-square-foot shingled home has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms inside. For the most part, the interiors look up-to-date, but the kitchen could admittedly benefit from new countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even updated cabinetry.

Features include a wood-burning stove and stone accent wall in the living room, hardwood floors throughout, and a semi-open floorplan.

The entire property is only 0.18 acres in size, so there isn’t a whole lot of room for a pool, but there is a side yard with a deck and an outdoor shower.

Kozlova purchased the home back in 2011 for $300,000.
