The building in East Hampton that currently houses Goldberg’s bagels and Hampton Beverage has gone on the commercial sales market for $5.99 million.
Located at 100 Pantigo Place, the three-unit, 10,856-square-foot building is sited on 1.5 acres of land, has 45 parking spaces, and is zoned with neighborhood business restrictions.
But this doesn’t necessarily mean that the beloved local bagel spot is going to be leaving East Hampton any time soon—Goldberg’s is on a month-to-month lease, so they would stay there if the new owners allowed them to.
Located about a mile east of village shops and restaurants, the building is right off Montauk Highway. Douglas Elliman’s Atlantic Team—made up of real estate agents Justin Agnello, Hara Kang, and James Keogh—represent the commercial property.
