Built in 1770, this cottage was built for a farmer and miller and has maintained its 18th century charm after renovations, which have included new windows, siding, roof, wiring, plumbing, and updates to the kitchen and bathrooms.

The 1,519-square-foot home has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms on 1.4 acres of land, which can accommodate an additional house and pool.

This slightly larger 1,717-square-foot home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms—but it’s on a much smaller 0.32 acres of land. Built in 1937, the cape style home features a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen with a center island, and a master suite with water views on the second level. There’s also a finished lower level with a playroom, workshop, and laundry room.

2 West Neck Road: $999K

In 2,522 square feet, this shingled farmhouse has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, a front foyer, a fireplace in the living room, and a country kitchen with a breakfast area.

The master suite hosts a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and frameless glass shower, while the other three bedrooms can be found on the second floor. The library features French doors that lead outside, where one will find a pool, gardens, and custom lattice fencing.

166 North Ferry Road: $999K

The largest house features has a decent 2,880 square feet and a full nine bedrooms, but only three and a half bathrooms. Built in 1850, the 19th century traditional—dubbed the Bowditch House—was originally a bed and breakfast.

Interiors include a country kitchen, a butler’s pantry, a dining room, and access to the outdoor entertainment deck, gardens, and pool.
