For those who are looking for a last minute, short-term Hamptons rental before Labor Day Weekend—and have a little money to spend—this Southampton village traditional could be the one for you.

For $40,000, tenants will get one week in the 3,000-square-foot home set on a half-acre of land. Inside, the renovated shingled structure has two living rooms, a formal dining room, and a finished lower level with a game room, guest room, and full bathroom. In total, there are five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half-bath.

One living room has beamed cathedral ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace, while the sizable kitchen features stainless steel appliances and lots of countertop space.

Unfortunately we don’t see any photos of the pool outside—but the listing claims that there is a pool and even a two-story pool house that’s also been gut renovated.

The property is represented by Susan Hovdesven from Douglas Elliman, Gertrud Hoertnagl-Pereira from Brown Harris Stevens, and Michael Gary from Town & Country Real Estate.
