What/Where: A tiny, renovated cottage originally from the 1920s in the Noyack neighborhood of Sag Harbor.
Size: 1,000 square feet, 0.15 acres

In 1996, this tiny Sag Harbor home near the beach sold for $107,000. It’s been on and off the market several times in the last year, but after recently listing for its most expensive asking price, we’re having readers try to guess what the price tag is for this 1,000-square-foot cottage.

There are just two bedrooms and two bathrooms inside the home, while the living and dining rooms are set out in an open floorplan to maximize the limited square footage that’s available. The entry room features a fireplace, hardwood floors, and beamed cathedral ceilings, while the kitchen has stainless steel appliances.

Another sitting room is located at the back of the house, where French doors lead out to the exterior.

Here’s a hint: The home was listed for $685,000 in 2015.
