When we had our readers guess the asking price of this recently listed Sagaponack home, most people thought it was on the market somewhere between either $8 million and $9 million, or even over $9 million. But the renovated 1992 contemporary at 34 Erica’s Lane is asking $7,495,000 under Saunders Real Estate agent, Terry Cohen.

Spanning 6,500 square feet, the home has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half-baths. Features include glass doors and large windows to let light in, a double-height living room with a fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The master suite offers a private terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a frameless glass-enclosed shower and a white vanity.

Outside, new residents will enjoy a heated saltwater gunite pool and a two-car garage.

A lot of our commenters liked the design of the house when we featured it at the beginning of the week—but what do you think of the price? Leave your thoughts in the comments.
