Built back in 1965, this charming cottage in the Amagansett Dunes was first listed in October of last year for $2,525,000 under Sotheby’s International Realty agent, Kristi Law. After a few months and two price cuts, the pint-sized beach house has found a buyer and is now in contract.

It is currently pending a sale under the most recent asking price of $1,995,000.

Just 1,355 square feet in size, the home has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms inside. There’s also a sleeping loft (which could be used as a third bedroom), wood-beamed cathedral ceilings in the living room, a wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, and French doors off the master bedroom that open out to a private patio.

Outside, there’s a gunite pool, attached one-car garage, and access to a private ocean beach.
