Renovated Noyack house with light-filled interiors asks $1.4M

What do you think of the price?

Check out this totally renovated house in Noyack’s Pine Neck community, which just came on the market for $1,395,000.

Originally built in 1994, the compact home is just 1,400 square feet in size, but there are three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, leaving plenty of space for a small family and guests. The living room, kitchen, and dining room share a space through a wide open floorplan with double-height shiplap ceilings that allows flow between the rooms.

Hardwood floors are found throughout the home, while a floating staircase leads to the second level, where one will find the master bedroom suite, laundry room, and a den. The two other bedrooms are on the first floor, each with sliders that lead out to the pool area.

Outside, there’s a heated saltwater pool and an outdoor mahogany shower.

Town & Country agent Linda Batiancela is the owner and listing agent of the property.

Batiancela told Curbed that she purchased the home for around $495,000 and put about $500,000 into renovations. While it’s close to bay beaches, the 0.17-acre property is about 4 miles west of Sag Harbor village shops and restaurants, and about 6 miles north of Bridgehampton’s business district. The renovation looks amazing and we love the brand new interiors, but the house and property are still rather small.

Editors note: An earlier version of this article claimed that the property was purchased for $260,000 in February of 2017, per information from the Zillow listing. Curbed was later informed of the purchase history as represented in the current article.
